Before we speak
What information is helpful to include in my first message?
It is helpful to know the location and type of property, an approximate floor area, whether you own or lease the space, your ideal timelines, and a broad indication of budget. If you have architectural drawings, photos, or inspiration boards, you may mention them so we can request these during follow-up.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
We offer a complimentary introductory call to determine whether our studio is the right fit for your project. For more in-depth on-site consultations and design audits, we may propose a paid session which can often be credited against future design fees.
How far in advance should we reach out before our ideal completion date?
For residential projects, we recommend contacting us at least six to nine months before your target completion date. Commercial and hospitality projects often require longer lead times due to regulatory, landlord, and procurement considerations.
